Jen is Las Bandas Be Brave's Head Talent Agent and Executive Producer with history and experience across the music, advertising and entertainment industry for the past 21 years.

With her experience spanning across two continents, commercial, film, music, documentary, branded content, events, stills, and post-production industry fields, she continues to manage multiple directors and productions across global multi-platform award-winning campaigns. Jen proudly works with some of the industry’s most renowned Directors, Creatives, Brands, Agencies, Talent, and Production teams.

Jen is passionate about bringing the best ideas to life, making sure her productions deliver the creative brief to the highest production value, and nurturing creative ideas from their concept through to delivery.
